As a member of our central operations team, this role is responsible for supporting our teams in efficiently processing insurance claims, upholding our reputation for delivering excellence in customer service and patient care.
We're looking for someone who is organised, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to demonstrate great attention to detail. Our central operations team are a friendly bunch and we're on the lookout for a candidate who is positive and helpful - a real team player! You'll have excellent communication skills and have strong administration, organisation and time-management skills.

You'll be based in our modern, well-equipped office which sits above our Rotherham surgery. This practice provides some fantastic facilities and technology, including 9 consultation rooms, 4 operating theatres, 1 dental suite, an ultrasound suite, a CT scanning suite - housing our 128-slice CT scanner, 2 dog wards, 2 cat wards and 2 prep areas.
