Welcoming you back into our surgery buildings
As July begins, so do our plans to welcome customers back inside our surgery buildings. Up until now, Coronavirus precautions have meant that for the majority of visits, our customers have had to remain outside or in their cars, while we take their pets into the surgery for examination and treatments. Now our teams, who have continued to work tirelessly throughout the pandemic, are looking forward to taking this step closer to normality. We will of course have to apply some new safety protocols, but aim to keep any inconvenience to a minimum while observing Government advice.
So, if you are planning to visit us:
- You will still need to call us on arrival, we will then advise you when to come to reception to wait.
- Our reception team will ask you to come to the meet and greet station at the front entrance where your temperature will be checked, and you will be asked to sanitise your hands; a face mask will also be provided if you haven’t brought your own.
- You will then be told which section of the waiting room to sit in and wait to be called by the Veterinary Surgeon.
A clearly marked one-way system is in place.
The whole team here at The Pet Vet is eagerly waiting to welcome our customers back into our surgeries and we hope to see you soon.
