We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our Central Support Unit in Rotherham.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our colleagues across multiple practices are paid accurately and on time, while also supporting our transition to an in-house payroll function.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit finance team where your work will have real impact.
This role is 30 hours per week and will be a mixture of working in our central support unit and from home
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review payroll data and timesheets across multiple sites
- Liaise with Area Managers to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain payroll records and employee data
- Support payroll queries from colleagues and managers
- Assist with transitioning payroll in-house
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
- Contribute to improving payroll and finance processes
About You
Essential:
- Experience in payroll or finance administration
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator able to liaise across teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office systems
- Able to work independently in a part-time role
Desirable:
- Experience with payroll systems
- Multi-site organisation experience
- Background in veterinary, healthcare, or similar environments
