Since establishing the first The Pet Vet surgery in 2011, my resolve remains unchanged: The Pet Vet is, and always will be, an independent, family-owned business. Being independent allows us to focus on what truly matters – exceptional care for pets, personalised service for owners, and the freedom to make decisions that directly benefit the communities we serve.

The Pet Vet Barnsley is such a lovely place – very welcoming. And Debbie makes the best hot chocolate according to my 7-year-old!
I drove my friend and her rabbit to The Pet Vet and ended up registering my own rabbits with them! Lovely place, incredibly friendly staff and a great selection of items for pets.
Got me in within the hour, great communication from reception to the consultant. Brilliant once again !!
The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful , the Vet and nurse explained everything regarding treatment and costs . The surgery is clean and comfortable . Our grumpy cat was very well cared for. We are glad that we have moved to the Pet Vet in Barnsley.
