Since establishing the first The Pet Vet surgery in 2011, my resolve remains unchanged: The Pet Vet is, and always will be, an independent, family-owned business. Being independent allows us to focus on what truly matters – exceptional care for pets, personalised service for owners, and the freedom to make decisions that directly benefit the communities we serve.

This vet practice is the best one we've ever used. Every single person that we've dealt with since registering there has been so incredibly thoughtful, kind, and professional. From the people on reception, to each of the different vets, all amazing. We have always recommended the and will continue to do so. Thank you to everyone that works there!
Our beautiful boy Otto had to sadly be put to sleep on Friday and I will never forget the compassion the staff showed and the care they gave. They acted super fast and saw us straight away. They really did go above and beyond and I’ll be forever grateful for that. Thank you! ❤️
Very friendly, caring and professional staff. The waiting area was very clean and tidy with many leaflets to read and items to purchase if needed.
