Head Nurse

We’re on the lookout for an amazing Head Nurse to lead our fabulous nursing team at The Pet Vet Morden  

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team and lead our colleagues in consistently delivering exceptional clinical care and customer service. 

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with a good level of clinical experience who is confident, self-motivated, engaging and keen to support the professional development of all our RVNs, students and VCAs.

Our Head Nurse salary is ranging from £34,000 to £42,000 (DOE). The required working pattern is 4 days a week, working 9-hour shifts and 1:4 weekends. This equates to an average 40 hour week. They will also take part in our duty night rota.

You’ll be joining our purpose-built, modern veterinary practice, equipped with fantastic facilities and home to a dedicated 6-Vet team who are all passionate about delivering the highest standard of care to animals — day and night.

Our team brings a broad range of specialities, and we actively promote further education to enhance both clinical skills and the services we offer. Our nursing team is friendly, experienced, and always supportive, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.

Supporting the clinical team is our strong, capable reception team of five, who ensure the practice runs smoothly day-to-day and that every client receives outstanding service from the moment they walk through the door.
