The team learned about the power of communication from Nigel Tabener – former hostage negotiator and expert speaker. Through some hair-raising storytelling, Nigel lifted the lid on the decade he spent as a hostage negotiator and shared some valuable lessons with the team in the process. This was followed by a Brazillian drumming workshop, where listening and collaborative skills were put to the test. The evening culminated with an award ceremony and fancy-dress dinner (this isn’t how the team usually look out of work – promise).
