Veterinary Surgeon

Are you a confident GP vet who enjoys building relationships with customers, delivering excellent clinical care and working as part of a supportive team?

We’re looking for a customer-focused Veterinary Surgeon with at least three years’ experience to join The Pet Vet Liverpool. You’ll bring strong general practice skills and a passion for helping pets live happy, healthy lives.

What we’re looking for

First and foremost, we’re looking for a great all-round GP vet who enjoys a varied caseload, takes pride in their clinical work and puts pets and their families at the heart of everything they do.

You’ll be comfortable delivering preventive care, investigating and treating sick and injured pets, and communicating clearly and compassionately with customers. You’ll also enjoy sharing knowledge and working closely with our clinical and non-clinical colleagues.

If you have an interest in ophthalmology or medicine, particularly if you’re keen to pursue a certificate, we’d love to hear about your ambitions and discuss how we could support your development. An interest in these areas is welcomed, but isn’t essential to the role.
