We’re here for you & your pets every day of the week, with no surcharge for weekend appointments – even for unregistered customers. Taylor has previously worked in two managerial positions and thoroughly enjoys her role. She is passionate about continuously learning and developing her skills and enjoys physiotherapy. Taylor is also a proud mum to a human child and a dog child!

Jess started as an animal care assistant in 2009, before completing her nursing qualification in 2019. She is passionate about low‑stress handling and helping pets feel safe during treatment. When Jess isn’t working, she enjoys time with her dog, Dante – her loyal adventure buddy and daily reminder of why she loves her work.
Deputy Head Registerd Veterinary Nurse
Nicole previously worked on a sheep farm and has completed a qualification in canine mobility. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys reading, drawing and travelling. Nicole has a rescue cat called Creature, a dog called Marvel, two corn snakes and two Bearded Dragons.
CLD/ Head Vet GPCert MRCVS
Elena is on a mission to heal your furry friends! She previously worked with large animals, but since moved to the UK and certified in small animal medicine and enjoys all aspects of general practice. Elena has rescued a cat called Nachos, her feline sidekick who loves naps and snacks.
Hayley began her career working with farm animals before moving to small animal practice and has a particular interest in surgery. When she’s not working, Hayley enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
Student Veterinary Nurse
Ava originally joined our team as a volunteer in 2019 and has since embarked on training for her dream job – Veterinary Nurse. Ava loves being able to build bonds with you and your pets. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, friends and three crazy dogs that all love cuddles!
Vet BVSc PgC/GPCert MRCVS
Petrina joined us after graduating in 2023 and previously worked as an equestrian. Petrina still competes in showjumping with her horses, Alfie and Titan, and spends her free time at the gym, running or wild swimming. She lives with her two dogs – Poppy who loves cuddles and Buddy who loves going out hacking with the horses.
Mia is currently working towards an advanced technical extended diploma inEquine Studies. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding and long walks with her family. Mia has two cats – Simba always knows when to be cuddly and Minnie always makes her laugh.

Kealey loves interacting with both animals and people, so feels she has found her dream job! Outside of work, she enjoys yoga and spending time with family, friends and their dogs. Kealey has a cockapoo called Arlo and a cat called Theo who both love cuddles.

Ellie is a huge animal lover, she believes life is truly better with pets and is at her happiest when she’s surrounded by animals. When she’s not at work, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family or looking after her hamster, Dave.
Having previously worked in customer service and admin, Jodie joined our team as she loves building bonds with customers and spending time around animals! In her spare time, between being a mum to three teenage boys, she loves to colour and go for walks at the beach!
